# Michael Weterings

> Freelance full-stack developer in The Hague, Netherlands. 14+ years shipping interfaces, headless commerce, applied AI and the infrastructure under them, for designers, agencies and startups.

Available for contract work — solo, or embedded in an existing team. Engagements range from a single interface to full-stack delivery with managed EU hosting.

What I do:

- **Front-end that ships** — production interfaces, accessibility and performance included, not bolted on afterwards.
- **Full-stack when needed** — APIs, data models and server work when the front end can't stand alone.
- **Commerce & headless** — Shopify Hydrogen storefronts, B2B portals, headless CMS integrations.
- **Applied AI on real sites** — LLM features that do something useful on live products, not demos.
- **Microservices & systems** — small services around a main app (reviews, search, sync jobs).
- **Managed EU hosting** — deployment and hosting on European infrastructure, kept boring and up.
